JOSH ROSS | Co-founder/Managing Partner
Josh Ross is co-founder and managing partner of Axia Technology Partners, LLC. Mr. Ross has been a lifetime entrepreneur and a visionary leader in the IP services space. Prior to co-founding AxiaTP, Mr. Ross grew and sold his own long distance company, held senior sales and management roles at AT&T, Affine Communications, IQuest, and RJN Consulting. His deep telecommunications and IP services knowledge has been developed over years of solution based corporate selling, network planning, and network engineering. Mr. Ross’ specialties are: switched and dedicated long distance, telecommunication convergence, fiber construction, co-location, and ITSP and CLEC establishment. His business dealings have included Fortune 100, Fortune 500, and Fortune 1000 companies across the country.
At AxiaTP, Mr. Ross is responsible for setting national marketing and sales strategy as well as executing corporate, product, service, and channel sales activities to position AxiaTP as a industry leader. Mr Ross has also played a visionary role in the company’s overall product and service market strategies and has been instrumental in driving the overall revenue growth of all corporate focused sales verticals (Fiber Division, Local Phone Service, Phone Systems – PBX, Co-location, ISP, Dialer Division). Under his guidance, AxiaTP sales revenues have experienced triple digit growth year over year. Additionally, Mr. Ross has expanded the AxiaTP wholesale channel program to include more than 35 channel partners across the U.S.
JASON ROSS | Co-founder/Managing Partner
Jason Ross is responsible for the strategic planning, direction, and execution necessary to position AxiaTP products and services at the forefront of the IP Services industry.
Mr. Ross has been successful in bringing new products from conception to implementation; including the launch of the Axia Advantage PBX platform, Qview , and the Axia Advantage Predictive and Auto Dialers. Additionally, Mr. Ross helped establish AxiaTP’s fiber construction division. Mr. Ross has also played a key role in the selection, launch, and management of the AxiaTP nationwide VoIP network and service platform as well as the implementation of AxiaTP’s national VoIP taxation and compliance offering and AxiaTP’s VoIP security program.
Prior to co-founding AxiaTP, Mr. Ross spent 10 years as an Enterprise Account Executive and Business Development Manager for an Indiana based ISP where he played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the company’s Internet, Network, and Data Center division.
JENNIFER DALTON, CPA | Director of Finance & Accounting
Jennifer Dalton is the Director of Finance and Accounting for Axia Technology Partners, LLC. In this role, she is responsible for leading the finance and accounting operations, as well as providing critical support for the owners and management team. During the 12 years prior to joining AxiaTP, Ms. Dalton worked for a mid-size public accounting firm where she specialized in tax and financial matters for closely-held businesses and their owners.
Ms. Dalton is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduated with distinction from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with majors in Accounting, Finance, and Computer Information Systems. She serves on the Finance Committee for her church and as Treasurer for her local elementary school’s PTO.
Ms. Dalton resides in the Indianapolis area with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working on DIY projects, and can often be found outdoors hiking, camping, or riding ATVs.
JAY LESANDRINI | Director of Marketing
In his role as Marketing Director, Jay Lesandrini is responsible for defining, maintaining, and communicating the AxiaTP brand message both internally and externally especially as it relates to the company’s position as a leading provider of IP technology solutions.
Mr. Lesandrini has been entrenched in the technology space for more than 20 years, working in a variety of roles including information design, consumer experience, product management, business development, and product marketing. He has over 10 years of experience in branding and marketing including website design, social media marketing, lead generation, event planning, and product marketing.
He holds a B.A. and M.A. in English Literature, and also an MFA in Creative Writing – all from Butler University. He is certified in social media marketing by the Direct Marketing Association, and also is a Hootsuite Certified Professional. In his spare time, he plays golf and hockey, and volunteers as a reading coach for Indy Reads.
BRAD WATKINS | Director of Software and Systems
As Director of Software and Systems, Brad Watkins provides strategic direction and technical acumen for the development of AxiaTP’s software platforms, as well as management of the back-end network architecture for internal and external systems.
Mr. Watkins has more than 31 years of programming and networking experience, starting his career at age seven when he developed and sold his first full-fledged software program to his local school district. In the last 20 years, he has worked as a programmer, network engineer, and software developer for unified communications and call center platforms. Prior to joining AxiaTP, Mr. Watkins served as a Principle Software Engineer at Red Hat.
TODD WILLIS | Director of Strategic Accounts
Todd Willis brings 29 years of Information Technology experience including Project Management, Sales Management, and Direct Technical Sales to his role as Director of Strategic Accounts where he focuses efforts on targeted verticals, and manages AxiaTP’s largest clients.
Mr. Willis has worked for industry-leading Fortune 100 companies, as well as startup technology companies including Thomson Consumer Electronics (RCA), AT&T Business Services, and US Signal. Mr. Willis has experience and leadership encompassing both voice and data networking across the business spectrum, and provides a deep level of understanding of the technology challenges that face companies today.
JOHN HARDEN | Lead Software Engineer
John Harden has been in the software industry virtually his entire life. Emerging 2nd in the nation in a highly competitive application development contest, he was recruited by AxiaTP to develop internal software and streamline business workflows during the early years of the company.
Turning his focus from internal to external software development, he led the effort to develop AxiaTP’s award-winning unified communications product Kerauno, and in his current role, he is now also responsible for User Interaction and Product Development. Mr. Harden studied computer science and business at Indiana University, and was recently appointed to the Board of Eleven Fifty Academy, where he also serves as a mentor for students pursuing careers in technology.
