JOSH ROSS | Co-founder/Managing Partner
Josh Ross is co-founder and managing partner of Axia Technology Partners, LLC. Mr. Ross has been a lifetime entrepreneur and a visionary leader in the IP services space. Prior to co-founding AxiaTP, Mr. Ross grew and sold his own long distance company, held senior sales and management roles at AT&T, Affine Communications, IQuest, and RJN Consulting. His deep telecommunications and IP services knowledge has been developed over years of solution based corporate selling, network planning, and network engineering. Mr. Ross’ specialties are: switched and dedicated long distance, telecommunication convergence, fiber construction, co-location, and ITSP and CLEC establishment. His business dealings have included Fortune 100, Fortune 500, and Fortune 1000 companies across the country.
At AxiaTP, Mr. Ross is responsible for setting national marketing and sales strategy as well as executing corporate, product, service, and channel sales activities to position AxiaTP as a industry leader. Mr Ross has also played a visionary role in the company’s overall product and service market strategies and has been instrumental in driving the overall revenue growth of all corporate focused sales verticals (Fiber Division, Local Phone Service, Phone Systems – PBX, Co-location, ISP, Dialer Division). Under his guidance, AxiaTP sales revenues have experienced triple digit growth year over year. Additionally, Mr. Ross has expanded the AxiaTP wholesale channel program to include more than 35 channel partners across the U.S.
JASON ROSS | Co-founder/Managing Partner
Jason Ross is responsible for the strategic planning, direction, and execution necessary to position AxiaTP products and services at the forefront of the IP Services industry.
Mr. Ross has been successful in bringing new products from conception to implementation; including the launch of the Axia Advantage PBX platform, Qview , and the Axia Advantage Predictive and Auto Dialers. Additionally, Mr. Ross helped establish AxiaTP’s fiber construction division. Mr. Ross has also played a key role in the selection, launch, and management of the AxiaTP nationwide VoIP network and service platform as well as the implementation of AxiaTP’s national VoIP taxation and compliance offering and AxiaTP’s VoIP security program.
Prior to co-founding AxiaTP, Mr. Ross spent 10 years as an Enterprise Account Executive and Business Development Manager for an Indiana based ISP where he played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the company’s Internet, Network, and Data Center division.
ROGER VEACH | Managing Partner
Axia Technology Partners. Mr. Veach began his career at the age of 15 managing an outdoor power equipment sales and service retail location. He continued there into college years before eventually leaving to pursue an accounting position to utilize the degree he was working towards.
Mr. Veach served as CFO for a family trucking company where he successfully spearheaded the process automation of load tracking and billing for the company. Having much success and being a firm believer in automation, he left there to form his own company.
Mr. Veach has served as CEO for the last 25 years for the company he founded, ADS IT Solutions, that is an award-winning provider of information technology solutions. Mr. Veach holds a B.S. in Accounting from Shawnee State University.
DON SCIFRES | Chief Operating Officer
In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Don Scifres is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Axia Technology Partners. Mr. Scifres brings over 35 years of experience in the business, entrepreneurship, investment and technology sectors. He is a co-founder and general partner of Vision Tech Partners and Vision Tech Angels, the largest angel investor community in Indiana, which focuses on investments in information technology, life science and medical device firms in Indiana and throughout the Midwest.
Prior to joining AxiaTP, he held leadership positions at several prominent companies, including Cummins, ANGEL Learning, Courseload and SmartFile. While at ANGEL Learning, Mr. Scifres served as the Vice President of Services and helped scale the company in the education technology space. In doing so, he and his team accomplished growing the company’s revenue from $7 million to $22 million in two and a half years, before being sold to Blackboard in 2009 for $100 million.
Mr. Scifres holds a B.S. in Technology from Purdue University, and executive degrees from the University of Virginia-Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and Cornell University – S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management.
JENNIFER DALTON, CPA | Director of Finance & Accounting
Jennifer Dalton is the Director of Finance and Accounting for Axia Technology Partners, LLC. In this role, she is responsible for leading the finance and accounting operations, as well as providing critical support for the owners and management team. During the 12 years prior to joining AxiaTP, Ms. Dalton worked for a mid-size public accounting firm where she specialized in tax and financial matters for closely-held businesses and their owners.
Ms. Dalton is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduated with distinction from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with majors in Accounting, Finance, and Computer Information Systems. She serves on the Finance Committee for her church and as Treasurer for her local elementary school’s PTO.
Ms. Dalton resides in the Indianapolis area with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working on DIY projects, and can often be found outdoors hiking, camping, or riding ATVs.
JOHN HARDEN | Principal Software Engineer
John Harden has been in the software industry virtually his entire life. Emerging 2nd in the nation in a highly competitive application development contest, he was recruited by AxiaTP to develop internal software and streamline business workflows during the early years of the company.
Turning his focus from internal to external software development, he led the effort to develop AxiaTP’s award-winning unified communications product Kerauno, and in his current role, he is now also responsible for User Interaction and Product Development. Mr. Harden studied computer science and business at Indiana University, and was recently appointed to the Board of Eleven Fifty Academy, where he also serves as a mentor for students pursuing careers in technology.
