Axia Technology Partners Receives Unified Communications Product of the Year Award for Second Consecutive Year

Kerauno software honored for exceptional innovation

Indianapolis – (June 7, 2017) – Axia Technology Partners (AxiaTP) announced today that TMC, a global integrated media company, has named Kerauno a winner of its Unified Communications Product of the Year Award for a second consecutive year.

uc-poty-2015“It gives me great pleasure to honor Axia Technology Partners again with TMC’s Unified Communications Product of the Year Award for their advancements of Kerauno,” said Rich Tehrani, CEO, TMC.

In 2016, judges were impressed with Kerauno’s ability to seamlessly integrate with third-party software through its robust API. For 2017, Kerauno has added functionality that further enhances the software’s ability to address the workflow and business process challenges that many companies face.

“The possibilities for Kerauno to impact business processes are endless,” said Josh Ross, Managing Partner with AxiaTP, “which is what impressed TMC most this year.”

The Kerauno software platform improves workflows and enhances communications, creating more efficient business processes. For example, one of AxiaTP’s clients integrated Kerauno with their billing system in order to make automated outbound calls for past due bills, ultimately increasing collections and freeing up staff.

“When we first meet with clients we don’t talk much about telecommunications,” said Ross. “Instead, we ask them about the technology they use and the ways that Kerauno can integrate with it.”

In addition to providing workflow improvements, Kerauno has a robust set of features, including anytime, anywhere, any device mobility, a scalable enterprise-level contact center, enhanced reporting and analytics with more than 70 built-in reports and automated report distribution, and interactive services with a best-in-class IVR ensuring businesses remain engaged with employees, customers and prospects.

“Although we are just finishing up work on Kerauno 2.0, we are already brainstorming the 3.0 release, which will add even more AI and IoT functionality,” said Ross, “and hopefully earn us a third consecutive award in 2018.”
