Employee Spotlight: AxiaTP Welcomes Morgan Bosshardt

Morgan Bosshardt joins the AxiaTP team as a Junior Software Engineering Intern. She graduated from the University of Arizona and began her career as a veterinary technician at a small, private animal clinic, prior to entering the software development world. Needing a change of pace, and a quick career transition, Morgan enrolled at the Eleven Fifty Academy.

MorganFor those unfamiliar with Eleven Fifty Academy, it is an accelerated coding academy headquartered in Fishers, Indiana, where students of all educational and professional backgrounds can attend to develop skills essential to the tech industry. Attending Eleven Fifty was a no brainer for Morgan, as she already had JavaScript experience from college, and it eventually helped her find a position with AxiaTP.

As the Junior Software Engineering Intern, Morgan’s primary responsibility is building internal tools that will allow AxiaTP to be more efficient and reactive to clients’ needs.“After her internship, we hope to see her stay with AxiaTP and start writing code for Kerauno,” said John Harden, Principal Software Engineer with AxiaTP. “She is learning quickly and continues to impress everyone with her enthusiasm to tackle any project and see it through to the end.”

When Morgan is not busy coding, she enjoys cheering on the San Jose Sharks, traveling and outdoor activities, including snowboarding, sand volleyball, wakeboarding and hiking.
