Josh D. Ross | Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Josh Ross is co-founder and managing partner of Axia Technology Partners, LLC. Mr. Ross has been an lifetime entrepreneur and a visionary leader in the IP services space. Prior to co-founding Axia, Mr. Ross grew and sold his own long distance company, held senior sales and management roles at AT&T, Affine Communications, IQuest, and RJN Consulting. His deep telecommunications and IP services knowledge has been developed over years of solution based corporate selling, network planning, and network engineering. Mr. Ross' specialties are: switched and dedicated long distance, telecommunication convergence, fiber construction, co-location, and ITSP and CLEC establishment. His business dealings have included Fortune 100, Fortune 500, and Fortune 1000 companies across the country.At Axia, Mr. Ross is responsible for setting national marketing and sales strategy as well as executing corporate, product, service, and channel sales activities to position Axia as a industry leader. Mr Ross has also played a visionary role in the company's overall product and service market strategies and has been instrumental in driving the overall revenue growth of all corporate focused sales verticals (Fiber Division, Local Phone Service, Phone Systems – PBX, Co-location, ISP, Dialer Division). Under his guidance, Axia sales revenues have experienced triple digit growth year over year. Additionally, Mr. Ross has expanded the Axia wholesale channel program to include more than 35 channel partners across the U.S.
Jason D. Ross | Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Jason Ross is responsible for the strategic planning, direction, and execution necessary to position Axia products and services at the forefront of the IP Services industry.Mr. Ross has been successful in bringing new products from conception to implementation; including the launch of the Axia Advantage PBX platform, Qview , and the Axia Advantage Predictive and Auto Dialers. Additionally, Mr. Ross helped establish Axia's fiber construction division. Mr. Ross has also played a key role in the selection, launch, and management of the Axia nationwide VoIP network and service platform as well as the implementation of Axia's national VoIP taxation and compliance offering and Axia's VoIP security program.
Prior to co-founding Axia, Mr. Ross spent 10 years as an Enterprise Account Executive and Business Development Manager for an Indiana based ISP where he played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the company's Internet, Network, and Data Center division.
Tim J. Shrout | Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Shrout was named Axia's COO in March of 2011. As COO, Mr. Shrout is responsible for directing the daily operations in the areas of Finance, Legal, Information Technology, Software Development, Service Delivery, and Customer Care. Prior to Mr. Shrout's current role with Axia, he was a member of the original Axia Advisory Board, where he provided strategic direction and helped guide the company through critical stages of growth and development.
Previously, Mr. Shrout led several successful start ups in the areas of Real Estate and Biotech. Mr. Shrout also serves as the President and CEO of Cedar Run Limited, Inc. and the Samaritan Companies, a family of related entities with a long history of successful developments throughout the Midwest. Most notable among these developments is Heartland Crossing, a 1,500-acre master planned community comprising portions of three counties in suburban Indianapolis. Mr. Shrout's other developments include condominiums, office buildings, more than 7,200 apartments, self-storage facilities, office-warehouse complexes, hotels, medical office buildings, and over thirty housing subdivisions comprising 8,650 lots. The Samaritan Companies employ more than 300 and have corporate headquarters in Plainfield, IN. Mr. Shrout is a major Partner in a Multi-Family Portfolio of over $100,000,000 in asset value.
